Sensitive application information is encrypted before it is stored. Payments are processed through Stripe, and VisaPal does not store payment card numbers or CVC. The application runs over HTTPS.

Seven-day secure retention
Sensitive TDAC application information is retained for no more than seven days from VisaPal submission and is then permanently deleted. That short window supports corrections, resubmission where required and immediate support issues without keeping passport and travel details longer than needed.

Standard and Express
VisaPal offers Standard and Express processing. Both include the same core assistance. Express is intended for higher-priority handling once payment is complete and the application is ready to process. Processing times, where published, are targets rather than guarantees.

Email delivery
After VisaPal processes an eligible application, the completed TDAC is emailed directly to you. No customer account is required to start. Keep the delivery address accurate so the document reaches the right inbox.
